Chris Waller
Chris Waller is the firm’s Senior Partner having previously worked in the legal department at Rolls Royce.
Chris specialises in Commercial Law including sales and purchases of shops and restaurants, leases of business premises, business contracts, conditions of businesses and leases of homes. Chris is also able to advise on the employment aspects of business purchases and sales.
Chris also deals with residential Conveyancing
When work allows, Chris enjoys travel, spending time with his grandchildren and golf.
Martin Trayford
Martin is the firm’s Managing Partner and specialises in Wills, Trusts and Probate as well as Lasting and Enduring Powers of Attorney. Martin also deals with Conveyancing associated with winding up estates and in accordance with Will Trusts and such is able to handle house sales and transfers .
In his spare time Martin enjoys tennis chess and indulges his interest in astrophysics
Damian Willatt
Damian is a Partner at the firm and specialises in Criminal Law.
Since qualification Damian has practised exclusively in Criminal Law and is therefore an expert in this area with a successful track record. Damian’s expertise is recognised by his Higher Rights of audience certification meaning that he is able to represent individuals charged with the most serious offences at the Crown Court enabling him to provide continuity of representation from arrest through to trial.
Outside work Damian is a keen cricketer and prog-rock fan.
